Inventing over kickball...
So, yesterday evening while watching the first annual WAKA kickball pickup game of 2007 — I didn’t tell you that my wife and I joined the national kickball league, did I? (By the way, WAKA stands for “World Adult Kickball Association).

N800 News: Good things are coming!
The GNOME Mobile & Embedded Initiative will advance the use, development and commercialization of GNOME components as a mobile and embedded user experience platform. It brings together industry leaders, expert consultants, key developers and the community and industry organizations they represent.Read the rest “here”:http://www.gnome.org/mobile/.

A tear for Kurt...
I really did shed a tear when I heard that Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. had died… I’ve read so much of his work that I feel like he is a distant relative.

My son, Josiah, is a trooper...
If you didn’t know, my son, Josiah, recently underwent a cranioplasty due to a fractured skull. If you’d like to read about it, go here (start at the bottom).
Thanks to my Nokia N800 Internet Tablet (and Children’s Mercy‘s hospital-wide wifi), I was able to document our entire experience. I don’t know if I would have been able to cope the way I did without being able to do this.
