New accordion menu...

Thanks to , I was able to implement a new (the menu on the left side of this page) via his ““ mod to the codebase.

It’s not all that different, but it does add some useful functionality: (1) it automatically scales to the amount of information under the menu heading; (2) you can now close every menu item.
